ELLADA (French micro-enterprise, RCS Marseille 853 347 144, 20 rue Nicolas Appert, 13013 Marseille, France) takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This page explains what data we collect on lolivequivoyage.fr, why, and how you can exercise your rights.
Data collected when you place an order
When you place an order, we collect: first and last name, delivery address, email address and phone number. This data is necessary to process your order, ship it, and provide tracking. It is kept for as long as needed to process the order, then archived for the legal retention period for commercial and accounting records (10 years).
Payment
Payment is processed directly by Stripe, our online payment provider. We never receive or store your card details (card number, security code): they are transmitted only between your browser and Stripe's secure servers. As Stripe, Inc. is a US company, some data may be processed outside the European Union; these transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Contact form
Information entered in the contact form (name, email, message) is used solely to respond to your request (legal basis: legitimate interest). It is kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then for a maximum of 3 years from our last exchange. It is never resold or used for commercial purposes without your consent.
Shopping cart
The contents of your cart are stored locally in your browser (local storage, no personal data) so it can be restored if you come back to the site. This information stays on your device and is not sent to our servers until you place an order.
Cookies and audience measurement
At present, this site uses no advertising cookies or third-party audience-measurement tools. If such a tool is added in the future, this page will be updated and a consent banner will let you accept or decline it, in accordance with applicable regulations (GDPR, ePrivacy).
Subcontractors (data processors)
Your data may be shared with the following providers, only to the extent necessary to fulfil your order:
- Stripe (payment processing) — legal basis: performance of the contract;
- our carrier (delivery of your order) — legal basis: performance of the contract;
- OVH (technical hosting of the site and of the contact@lolivequivoyage.fr mailbox) — legal basis: legitimate interest (running the service).
No data is sold to third parties for commercial purposes.
